At mymagear, our goal is to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. Your creations are made to order using our top of the line digital printing technologies and all the best materials. Custom products are usually shipped within 24 hours.

We realize that creating your own custom goods online may be a new concept to many of you. Customized goods are not generally protected by guarantees, but at mymagear, we believe in changing that. Therefore, if the products you receive are not just like what you created on our site, or if the goods are otherwise flawed, you may return them within 15 days for a full refund – guaranteed. mymagear will not grant a refund for an item that has been worn or washed.

We normally process returns within seven days of receiving them.

Cancellations

mymagear strives to process and ship every order within 24 hours and, in many cases, the same day the order is received. Due to the unique nature of all custom products, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
